With the birth of my daughter Emily, came an opportunity to "make good" on what I have believed all along; that nothing is more important than family, and that a healthy one, is a happier one. Why did I leave the traditional restaurant setting? The hours and the inherent stress associated with the business. Now I get to watch my little girl get bigger everyday.
