February 26, 2002 David's food is spectacular....creative, elegant and delicious! It was a pleasure to have him in our home. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and it was even more fun to watch him cook! He was a true professional...from the moment he walked in the door, until the last dish was washed. I just wanted to drop you a note to say ‘Thank You’. The baby shower was really a hit. I have heard only praises about the food from those who attended. Although I love to cook, usually when I have these get-togethers, I am stuck working in the kitchen and unable to enjoy my guests. This time, knowing that you were taking care of the food, and knowing how good your food is anyway, I was able to join my guests and enjoy their company. Instead of them joining me in the kitchen, which isn’t always the easiest for the one cooking. I know that a few of the party’s attendees are planning on using your services for their future gatherings. That alone should tell you how much your efforts were appreciated. February 12, 2002 Hello David, This is just a short note to tell you how much Rex and I have been enjoying your wonderful meals. Each night we look forward to the tough decision of what to eat. Your portions were so generous that you made about ten meals for us, not just six. You are very talented. I have a lot to live up to now when I try to fix a meal half as good as yours!!
